How do I open the lock?
Three numbers, in this order:
- Spin right past your first number a few times to clear the dial, then stop on it.
- Turn left past your first number once, then continue to your second number.
- Turn right straight to your third number — don't go past it — then pull the shackle.
Tap Teach me with a practice lock on the home screen to walk through it with arrows on the dial.
My dial has a different number range
Open Settings and pick 0–29, 0–39 or 0–49 to match your real lock.
The dial feels too fast or too slow
Settings has a sensitivity slider, plus a dial size option. You can also turn clicks and haptics off there.
Is my combination private?
Yes. It's saved on your phone only and is never sent anywhere. See the privacy policy.
I bought Pro and it isn't showing
Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought it with. If it still doesn't appear, email us and include the store receipt.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them — Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, Google via the Play Store's order history. We can't issue a refund directly, but tell us what went wrong and we'll try to fix it.
Deleting your data
Delete the saved lock in the app, or delete the app — that removes everything Locker stored on your device. We hold nothing on our side.
